MESD Approved Apps & Software

The Moriarty-Edgewood School District (MESD) provides its students and staff access to a multitude of resources related to information and communication technologies (ICT). These resources provide opportunities to enhance learning while equipping our students with critical skills for thriving in a digitally-connected world. The advantages of having access to these resources are far greater than any potential downside. However, with the privilege of digital access comes the responsibility of students, teachers, staff, and the public to exercise appropriate personal responsibility in their use of these resources.

MESD is committed to protecting student data in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). As such, we are diligent in vetting apps and software which collect student data and are used throughout the district to ensure that they are compliant with both FERPA and COPPA as well as aligned to the educational goals of our district. Below, please find a list of apps and software currently approved for use by MESD students.
